Structure Payments sends internal operational SMS alerts when a new lead or contact request is submitted on structpayments.com. These messages are sent only to Structure Payments company officers and staff. No customer, prospect, or member of the public receives SMS messages under this program.
How recipients opt in: each recipient is a company officer who provides direct consent (verbal and written) to the company before their phone number is configured to receive alerts. Phone numbers are added manually by the company; there is no public sign-up mechanism.
Message frequency varies with website activity and is typically under 100 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by asking the company to remove their number, which takes effect immediately. Reply HELP or contact sales@structpayments.com or (877) 781-1785 for assistance.
The following script is read to each staff recipient before their number is enrolled:
“Structure Payments would like to send you automated text alerts whenever a new lead or contact request is submitted on structpayments.com. Expect up to roughly 100 messages per month, depending on website activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP to any message for assistance, and you can opt out completely at any time by replying STOP. Our Terms of Service are at structpayments.com/termsofservice and our Privacy Policy is at structpayments.com/privacypolicy. Do you consent to receive these alerts — yes or no?”
A number is enrolled only after the recipient answers “yes.” The recipient then receives an initial alert confirming enrollment, and their consent is noted in company records.
